We believe our site should be usable by everyone. Here's what we're doing — and what we're still working on.
At Sun Drop, we believe a website should work for as many people as possible — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. We're a small brand and we're not perfect, but we take this seriously and we're actively improving.
This page explains what we've built, what we're working toward, and how you can reach us if something isn't working.
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These are the internationally recognized standards for making web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Information is presented in ways users can perceive — readable text, image alternatives, sufficient color contrast.
Every feature works with a keyboard, not just a mouse. Nothing requires a specific input device to use.
Content reads clearly, forms have clear labels, and the interface behaves predictably from page to page.
The site is built with clean, standards-based code that works with assistive technologies like screen readers.
Here's what we've done to make the site more accessible:

We've designed the site to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies. For the best experience, we recommend:
If you're using older software, some features may not work as expected. Let us know if you run into issues.
Our "Shop on Amazon" links take you to Amazon's product pages. We don't control Amazon's site, but Amazon maintains its own accessibility standards. If you encounter accessibility issues on Amazon's site, they can be reported to Amazon directly.
If you experience an accessibility barrier on our site — something confusing, broken, or hard to use — we want to know.
Email scot@sundroplife.com with the page you were on and what happened. We read every message and take this feedback seriously.
Every piece of accessibility feedback directly shapes the next version of this site. Small brand, real commitment — we mean it.
